          I got these shoes for travelling, and first ordered them in 41 (I wear a 10), which turned out to be too small. I re-ordered in 42, and they fit perfectly. My experience with Arcopedico is that their shoes run small in general, so keep this in mind. It's worth it once you find the right fit as their shoes are incredibly comfortable.

          I have bunions so chose this style hoping they would not hurt my feet. Unfortunately, the size I chose (8-8 1/2) put my big toe touching the end of the shoe. I was skeptical about ordering the next size up because it might be too big. I had to return these wonderful shows but the return process and refund was flawless.
