          I wanted a shoe that would be good for running around on the beach - more secure than flip flops, but wouldn't be damaged by the water. These fit the bill and were instantly comfortable when I put them on.

          I bought these specifically for a trip to Italy. We're back now and I am a big fan! The shoes were always comfortable even after long days of walking on cobble-stoned streets. My only regret is not buying these years ago.
