DIRECTIONS: Wash and dry foot. Slip product on so that gel pad is placed where needed. Pull on hosiery. Remove product for at least 3 to 4 hours daily to allow skin to breathe.
CARE: Hand wash. Air dry completely. Sprinkle with talcum powder if gel becomes tacky.
WARNINGS: Do not place product on an open wound. If irritation, discomfort, numbness or discoloraion occur, discontinue use immediately. People with diabetes or poor circulation should use this item only under the supervision of a physician.
