" I visited Footwear etc. in San Carlos, CA for the first time yesterday, and it was a great experience. I had a salesman who proceeded to pull up his little chair to fit me in a pair of Earth comfort pumps with about a 2" heel. When I complained of a couple different pressure points, he stretched the shoes in those area--and the problem was gone! Outstanding service, and a fabulous selection of beautiful styles throughout the store. It's quite a distance from where I live; but I'll make the drive in order to have a selection of marvelous looking comfort shoes. Thank you to Jim Wells for such excellent service."
