Footwear etc. Rewards membership is open to individuals who have a current and valid email address and phone number and who use this email and phone number during the registration process and all future transactions. Only customers with a valid US address can earn and redeem Rewards. Each customer can have a maximum of one account. Members are encouraged to allow cs@footwearetc.com to send email to their inboxes and help alleviate emails from that address to enter their email spam folders.
Membership is nontransferable and subject to all present and future program rules. Membership is valid at all Footwear etc. locations and online at footwearetc.com. Once a member accepts these terms and conditions, enrollment is finalized. Footwear etc. and Footwear etc. Rewards reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions, benefits and point values without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated and expiration of Rewards already rewarded. A member may cancel his or her membership at any time by notifying 1-800-720-0572 or cs@footwearetc.com. An individual membership may be canceled at the sole discretion of Footwear etc. Rewards and Footwear etc.
If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a Footwear etc. Rewards member's account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
