We don't ever sell or share your contact information. Period. We simply want to reward you for shopping at Footwear etc. and encourage you to shop at our stores or online whenever you are in the market for shoes, accessories, and handbags, and, of course, great service! This is our way of thanking you for staying our loyal customer.
Footwear Fanatics Rewards is sponsored by Footwear etc. By becoming a member of Footwear Fanatics Rewards, members are agreeing to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications via email and mail from Footwear etc. and Footwear Fanatics Rewards. There is an opportunity to unsubscribe from marketing emails on the bottom of each email sent. By unsubscribing to marketing emails, you are still eligible for transactional emails based on your customer transactions in store or online. All logos and taglines associated with the Footwear Fanatics Rewards logo and the Footwear etc. are the intellectual property of Footwear etc. Membership rules are void if they are prohibited by law.
Footwear Fanatics Rewards membership is open to individuals who have a current and valid email address and phone number and who use this email and phone number during the registration process and all future transactions. Each customer can have a maximum of one account. Rewards will be issued via email to the email address provided by the member during registration. Members are encouraged to allow firstname.lastname@example.org to send email to their inboxes and help alleviate emails from that address to enter their email spam folders. There are no age restrictions.
Membership is nontransferable and subject to all present and future program rules. Membership is valid at all Footwear etc. locations and online at footwearetc.com. Once a member accepts these terms and conditions, enrollment is finalized. Footwear etc. and Footwear Fanatics Rewards reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions, benefits and point values without notice, even though changes may affect the value of the points already accumulated and expiration of rewards already rewarded. Footwear Fanatics Rewards may withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any reward and may terminate the Footwear Fanatics Rewards program without any further obligations to all members.
Abuse of Footwear Fanatics Rewards in any way, may result in cancellation of the member's account and future disqualification from program participation, forfeiture of all points accrued, cancellation of previously issued but unused rewards, and termination of the business relationship with Footwear Fanatics Rewards and Footwear etc. Footwear Fanatics Rewards reserves the right to take appropriate legal action and recover damages, attorneys' fees and court costs. Footwear Fanatics Rewards reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these terms and conditions. All determinations by Footwear Fanatics Rewards shall be final and conclusive in each case. These terms and conditions supersede all previously published terms and conditions.
Footwear Fanatics Rewards reserves the right to make Footwear Fanatics Rewards points and promotional offers available to select members based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or other information supplied by the member.

A member may cancel his or her membership at any time by notifying 800-720-0572 or firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to Footwear etc. Attention: Customer Service 273 N. Mathilda Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. An individual membership may be canceled at the sole discretion of Footwear Fanatics Rewards and Footwear etc.
If there is no account activity or points from any source posted to a Footwear Fanatics Rewards member's account for two consecutive years (24 months), the account is subject to closure and termination, including forfeiture of all accrued points.
As a member of Footwear Fanatics Rewards, members must use their membership number (also known as their phone number used during enrollment) to earn points while shopping in a store or online. There are other ways to receive points (e.g. social media logins, etc. and the appropriate login must be entered in the member's account profile in order for accurate points to be added to the member's account).
Points will post to member's account within approximately 24 hours from in-store purchase or date of shipment. No adjustments to member's account will be made after 90 days from the actual purchase date even if Footwear Fanatics Rewards was in error.
Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any dollars spent on sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, rebates applied at the time of purchase, or other excluded charges. As long as the purchaser of a gift card is an active member of Footwear Fanatic Rewards, that member will receive points valued at the amount of the gift card. The gift card receiver will not receive Footwear Fanatics Rewards points when making a purchase using a gift card.
Members do not earn Footwear Fanatics Rewards points for those portion(s) of purchases where a reward or gift card is used for payment. Points previously posted to member's account for a purchase that is returned in-store or via mail will be deducted from the member's account.
In order for points to be loaded to the correct member's account, the member must give the salesperson or enter online during checkout the same phone number used when enrolling in the program. If no phone number is given, Footwear Fanatics Rewards points will not be added to the member's account. The member has 90 days to contact Footwear etc. customer service to get points added to the member's account. After 90 days, no adjustments can be made on prior purchases. The prior purchase date must come after the enrollment date of the member in order for points to be added retroactively.
Points will be awarded at the following rates:
Members will receive 10 points for every $1 spent in a Footwear etc. store or online at footwearetc.com. Amount purchased will be rounded to the nearest whole number so 10 points can be given for each $1 spent.
For signing up on our electronic marketing mailing list, the member will receive 50 points. (Maximum of 50 points can be earned during the lifetime of a membership). For forwarding a Footwear Fanatics Rewards email to a friend, the member will receive 5 points. (Maximum of 20 points per month can be earned per membership.)
Members will receive 50 points for posting product review videos to their YouTube account. To receive points members must post the video to their YouTube account, email the video URL and a request for approval to email@example.com, and have the video approved by Footwear etc. Approved videos will be shared on Footwear etc.'s YouTube channel at www.youtube.com/footwearetc. (One review per product purchased will be eligible to earn points.)
For every review of products purchased at Footwear etc. or on footwearetc.com, the member will receive 40 points. (All reviews must be submitted on the product page at footwearetc.com and then approved by Footwear etc. One review per product purchased will be eligible to earn points.) A maximum of 1,000 points per year may be earned by writing product reviews.
Every time a member "likes" Footwear etc. the company on Facebook, the member will receive 25 points. Every time a member "likes" a product/service/post on Footwear etc.'s Facebook page, the member will receive 1 point. Footwear etc. can be found on Facebook at www.facebook.com/footwearetc.
Every time a member "shares" a product/service/post on Footwear etc.'s Facebook page, the member will receive 5 points.
Every time a member "comments" a product/service/post on Footwear etc.'s Facebook page, the member will receive 10 points.
For all Facebook interactions, there is a maximum of 50 point per month that can be issued to a single membership.
Every time a member "follows" Footwear etc. on Twitter, the member will receive 25 points.
Every time a member "tweets" or "retweets" a product/service/post on Footwear etc.'s Twitter page, the member will receive 10 points.
Every time a member "shares" a product/service/post on Footwear etc.'s Twitter page, the member will receive 10 points.
For all Twitter interactions, there is a maximum of 50 point per month that can be issued to a single membership.
For every 2,500 points members earn in the Footwear Fanatics Rewards program, members will be eligible to receive via email a $20 reward valid at any Footwear etc. store location or footwearetc.com. The 2,500 points accrued to reach the reward level will be automatically deducted from member's account once the reward is emailed. Rewards will be delivered via email approximately 30 days after the member becomes eligible to receive them.
Rewards are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
Rewards may be used to pay for products at Footwear etc. and on footwearetc.com. If the reward exceeds the purchase amount, no change will be given. Rewards never have a cash value and no change will be given for unused portions of a Footwear Fanatics Rewards reward. Any unused portion of the reward will expire after the Reward's expiration date.
Rewards are not valid on prior purchases, certain products and services, or purchase of Footwear etc. Gift Cards. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and no change/currency will be given for unused portions of a reward at time of redemption. Other restrictions may apply and Footwear etc. and Footwear Fanatics Rewards reserve the right to change eligible items at any time with no notice to its members.
Rewards have no cash value. Points are non-transferable, although Rewards are.
Footwear Fanatics Rewards is not responsible for lost/never received rewards. It is the member's responsibility to update their current contact information on the My Account page at footwearetc.com/rewards. Because points are non-transferable, if an account were to be deactivated, all points will be forfeited. Members can always print or re-print any active awards at footwearetc.com/rewards.
In the event that a member returns merchandise that was partially or wholly paid for with a Reward, the points used to receive the Reward(s) used in connection with such a purchase shall be reissued to the member's account.
