What is Footwear Fanatics® Rewards program?
It's free! If you shop with us, you will earn points no matter what. If you connect your relationship with Footwear etc. via social media, you can earn more points. We don't ever sell or share your contact information. Period. We simply want to reward you for shopping at Footwear etc. and encourage and entice you to shop at our stores or online whenever you are in the market for shoes, accessories, and handbags. This is our way of thanking you for becoming and staying our loyal customer.
Does it cost anything to be a member of Footwear Fanatics® Rewards?
No, there is no enrollment fee and no ongoing membership fees either.
What benefits come with becoming a member of Footwear Fanatics® Rewards?
- Membership is FREE.
- Points you earn while shopping or connecting via specific social media sites add up and allow you to earn FREE rewards.
- Special Member-only promotions- including, but not limited to Double Points events, specific brand deals, advance notice of sales.
- A special birthday reward.
- Rewards and special promotions emailed directly to you via email so you can choose what is of interest to you.
- Access to your own account page where you can track your points earned and rewards issued.

What is my Footwear Fanatics® Rewards account number?
Your Fanatics account will be linked to your phone number and email address. It is important that you always use the same phone number and email address when making purchases in store or online to ensure your points are added to your account.
You can always update your phone number or email address at footwearetc.com/rewards in the "My Account" section.
Points and Rewards Questions
What are points and how do I earn them?
Points are what you need to earn rewards! There are many ways to earn Fanatics points. For every $1 you spend at Footwear etc. you will receive 10 points. You can also earn points for liking us on Facebook, writing product reviews and many other activities. A full list of these can be found at footwearetc.com/rewards-terms. Every time you accumulate 2,500 points you will be emailed a $20 reward.
Are there exclusions when earning points?
You will receive points for all purchases made in a Footwear etc. store or online at footwearetc.com. Points will not be awarded for the portion of a purchase made with a Footwear etc. Gift Card or Fanatics reward. There are also some monthly limits to the number of points that can be earned via non-purchase methods. The details on these limits can be found at footwearetc.com/rewards-terms.
Are there exclusions when redeeming rewards?
Fanatics rewards may not be used to purchase Footwear etc. Gift Cards. Otherwise, they are valid for any item we sell.
When do I begin earning points?
You can begin earning points the day you enroll in the Footwear Fanatics® program.
When do my points appear on my account?
For in-store purchases, newly earned points should appear in your account by the following day. For example, if you make a purchase on Monday, you should see those points in your account on Tuesday.
For on-line purchases, newly earned points should appear in your account the day after each item ships.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
When you return an item the points will be deducted from your account.
Can I earn points when I redeem or purchase a gift card?
You will earn points when you purchase a Footwear etc. Gift Card. You will not earn points on the portion of a sale paid using a Footwear etc. Gift Card or Fanatics Reward.
Do points ever expire?
How many points do I have?
You can check your current point total at footwearetc.com/rewards. You will be able to see how many points you have and also how many points you need for your next reward. Alternately, our customer service department can also provide you with this information. Please email email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-720-0572.
Why am I not receiving my Fanatics Rewards?
All Footwear Fanatics® Rewards are sent via email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. To help ensure you receive your Reward emails, please add firstname.lastname@example.org as an approved contact in your email program.
Also, when making a purchase please be sure to provide the same phone number that you used to register in the Footwear Fanatics® program.
Once I've earned enough points, how long will it take to receive my Rewards certificate?
Rewards certificates are issued via email approximately 30 days after your last purchase that put you over the threshold to earn a Reward. * The only way to receive a reward is through email. They will be emailed to the email address currently listed on the "My Account" section of footwearetc.com/rewards. Rewards can also be printed from the "My Account" section of footwearetc.com/rewards.
Can you reissue my lost/expired certificate?
All current Rewards are available via the "My Rewards" section of footwearetc.com/rewards. If you ever lose or delete your Reward email please login and reprint it.
Once issued, Rewards are valid for 90 days. Once the expiration date has passed the Reward cannot be redeemed. Expired Rewards cannot be reissued or reactivated.
What happens to my reward when I return an item I purchased using that reward?
When you make a return that involved a Reward points will be added back to your account. This will make you eligible to receive a new Reward approximately 30 days later.
Can you combine my accounts since I have more than one?
Yes, we can do this. Please email us at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-720-0572. We will need to know the phone numbers for both accounts and which one you would like to keep.
How do I cancel my Footwear Fanatics® account?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll-free at 1-800-720-0572 and we can close your Reward account for you.
Can I give my points to a family member or friend?
No, points cannot be transferred or given to another account.
Can I give my Reward to a family member or friend?
Yes, you can share your Reward with a friend or family member.
Can I have my Reward mailed to me?
We can mail you a Reward if you contact us by email at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-720-0572. Please note, this request would need to be made each time you need the Reward mailed.
My "Account" Questions
Why do I have to give you my phone number and email address?
We use your phone number and email address to link your sales to your Footwear Fanatics® account. This way you do not have to worry about a membership number or carrying a card with you - you just have to remember to provide your same phone number with each purchase.
How do I edit my info?
All of your information can be updated by visiting the "My Account" section at footwearetc.com/rewards.
Will my personal and membership information be shared with other companies?
