      I have flat feet, and what I guess you can describe as very sensitive feet to boot. My wife asked me to try a pair on to see how they felt;reluctantly I did and walked out with this pair on. Words cannot describe how wonderful they feel;my feet dont hurt and the swelling I got from time to time around my ankles has gone away. Since then I have purchased 2 more pairs of MBT's.

      In every other shoe i am a US 10. So I ordered the US size 10 and it was MASSIVE, it weas like wearing a boat on my feet. Anyhow, I returned them for a nbo fuss exchange and got a size 9 and all is well.

      I like my shoes, but i would be curious to try on other sizes. At first i was getting a blister and thought i may have to return them. The problem went away so now they are comfortable and seem to be helping with back fatigue that i was getting before i started wearing them. I just don't know if a smaller size would feel even more comfortable.

      This shoe is great, [...]I wear these shoes to work all the time and they have dramatically improved my posture and have helped relieve my sport-injured knee from recurring pain. However, keep in mind they do run big so get them a half size smaller than usual.

      This, by far, is the best shoe I have ever worn. I have a bad knee and have felt no pain since I started wearing these shoes. Recently, I wore my "work boots" for a job and by the time my day was through, I had sore ankles and the balls of my feet ached, not to mention my knee. The therapeutic quality of these shoes cannot be matched. I highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

      I have three pairs of the MBT's. This model is by far the best. Some of the older styles had a very aggressive rocker which is odd to look at. These feel comfortable and still look stylish. I have had three spinal surgeries. These shoes keep me from impacting my lumbar spine while walking for fitness or everyday.
