I purchased a used pair of UGGS on [...]---wanted to clean them. Shopped all over the internet and EVERYONE was backordered on UGG cleaning kits. I was then looking on Ebay---and of course the kits were selling for SKY HIGH prices. Low and behold found here for reasonable retail price. received on time and worked BEAUTIFULLY!!! I was nervous when I got the boots--thinking "oh no--not a wise purchase" but they washed up beautifully and look like the ones I spent over $200 on buying new. So if your UGGS are dirty, this does the trick, and even brings back the fluff to the interior sheepskin.

A must have product for ugg wearers. The protectant helps prevent stains. I use the brush all the time to keep my uggs looking new. If they get wet, I let them dry, brush them up and whala they look like new again. I recommend investing in this kit to keep those expensive uggs looking good!

I began using the care kit for maintaining the new appearance of my boots immediately upon receipt. I had only had my boots about a week. As soon as I take them off I spray the inside with the refresher as well as spray the outside with the protector. I saw a spot on them once and used the cleaner as instructed. Spot gone, still look like new. The product is GREAT!

Great kit to keep UGGs nice and clean. I bought the kit for my girlfriend. We were quickly able to apply the protector and then use the brush to bring the nap back. She now uses the other spray for the inside of the UGGs every night when she takes them off. If you have UGGs you need this!!

This care kit, removed the stains from my old Uggs,and the protector has kept them like new.

This stuff was my last resort in cleaning my beloved uggs. I cleaned two pair and barely put a dent in the bottle! You only need a little bit of the cleaner because it is very concentrated, which is great because I can use it again! The pair of Uggs that was stained are 4 years old, and after using these products, they look brand new!!!!!!

Very easy to use the protectant. I decided to use two coats to be sure I had the boots covered and the second coat was pooling on the boots; so I think one coat worked well.

If you are an Ugg user this product is a must have to expand the life of the shoe. The set comes in a cute little box which fits everything perfect. Very very easy to use.

The instructions are right on the bottle and are easy to follow. The products do not smell bad, however some of the cleaning treatments take a long time, so the shoes are not wearable for a few days.

This stuff is great to use if you have gotten stains on your boots. The freshener is great and helps a lot. When using the cleaning formula you must read the directions and follow very closely. Overall great!

the instructions are very clear, however there are no instructions for the block eraser that comes in the package. this product has definately worked and protected my UGGS through the winter and that says a lot since they are the sand color!

Last winter I received a pair of sand colored Ugg boots for Christmas, and living in upstate New York I have definitely needed them. Being a college student and all, I went out one night, wearing my Ugg boots, and got very sick... all over the boots. The boots were stained a bright red, and after cleaning them numerous times I had just about given up.
After purchasing this kit out of desperation I cleaned my boots one last time, and shockingly enough, it worked. Every time I see anyone on campus who knows of the incident they cannot believe that I am wearing the same Ugg boots that I destroyed- they look good as new.

Moral of the story, don't throw up on your ugg boots, but if you do, purchase this kit and be amazed.
