      This is my 3rd pair! Different styles of coarse. I wear a orthodic and I have not quite figured out weather I need it when wearing these shoes or not. They have great support in the arch. They have plenty toe room as well. I live on a farm and I think they are much to nice to wear around the farm. So I just wear them to go out to town. I've had back surgery as well and have to be very careful what kind of shoes I wear. These shoes are really very nice.
