I recently purchased a pair of MBT Shoes via your website (at a great price, I might say), and then read a review that suggested buying them a 1/2 size larger than my usual size. I didn't want to wait until I received the shoes to try them on and decide, because the discounted shoes were limited. I went ahead and ordered the larger size too so I could keep the pair that fit the best. Gosh, you made the return process so easy! Even if I were paying the shipping, your rates are so reasonable that I wouldn't complain a bit. You're the kind of company that has made great use of technology.
