"I work in the medical field (cardiac sonographer) and recently had a total knee replacement at age 60. Do you have any idea how great the MBT Shoe is for a person like myself? The rocking action exercises/stretches the tendons in the back of my knee making it much easier for me to walk. I no longer have to use the physical therapy "rubber bands" and going up and down staircases is now a piece of cake.
