I recently purchased a pair of MBT Shoes via your website (at a great price, I might say), and then read a review that suggested buying them a 1/2 size larger than my usual size. I didn't want to wait until I received the shoes to try them on and decide, because the discounted shoes were limited. I went ahead and ordered the larger size too so I could keep the pair that fit the best. Gosh, you made the return process so easy! Even if I were paying the shipping, your rates are so reasonable that I wouldn't complain a bit. You're the kind of company that has made great use of technology. Your site is easy to use, and your approach to customer service makes me think that there's still hope in this world of ever-declining attitudes toward the customer. Keep up the good work.
