"I bought my daughter a pair of UGG boots. I do not shop online but this time I decided to do so through your company. I was very impressed with how the service representatives answered my 100 questions. No matter how many times I called back, with yet another question, I was always greeted and given the personal attention as if I was the only phone call they had to answer. Whenever I called it was always refreshing to speak with a live person instead of a computer. Your company kept me in the loop by emailing me, I did not have to do follow up calls. Even when I had to return the boots for another style and size there was not attitude, just courtesy. I will be shopping from your company again, and believe me, I have already started telling people about Footwear etc. Keep up the good work"
