  Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of mBT© challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

  Increased input-response makes it easier for the musculature to react adequately. After ground contact there is a rolling movement, starting from a negative heel position (1).
