  • Includes: 6 moist pads (1" square each) in resealable bag, 1 adhesive sheet (3" x 5"), 6 adhesive strips (3" x 1.5" each) and 11 foam pressure pads
  • To use: cut moist pad to fit blister-prone area, remove backing and apply, secure with adhesive knit; use foam pressure pads on hot spots
