Shape-ups are not like other athletic shoes. This is a new way to walk and exercise. As with any new exercise, start with moderation. We recommend 25 to 45 minutes (based on your strength and existing exercise plan) on your first two days. Increase your walking time in Shape-ups in 5 to 10 minute increments, depending on your comfort level and strength.
