How does it work?
Through its unique design of its multilayered sole, mBT© transforms flat, hard, artificial surfaces into natural uneven surfaces, simulating the walking action of our barefoot ancestors.
Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of mBT© challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

The function of mBT© is similar to that of balancing a ball under the foot.
Increased input-response makes it easier for the musculature to react adequately. After ground contact there is a rolling movement, starting from a negative heel position (1). This creates a pre-stretch of the calf muscles. The straightening of the body, the balancing on the mid-foot (2) and the pull-through of the step to the back (3) initiates a rotation, which follows through the whole body. This results in an active and natural posture and gait.
