About Icon Products
Icon shoes and handbags were created by a Hollywood filmmaker and art collector in 1999. The first shoe created contained the famous “Campbell’s Tomato Soup” label on a leather sneaker. Icon’s products have expanded to include works by up-and-coming artists as well as famous artists, with royalties paid to those artists (or their estates). As a result, each product is a wearable piece of art, made of the highest-grade white leather. Icon products let you be an art collector as well as a fashion “icon!” These shoes and handbags are truly conversation starters.
What Makes Icon Products Unique
Each product is created using a patented printing process onto soft, white leather. After a great deal of research, graphic artists procure the rights to pieces of art that they feel will represent the Icon company and its customers best, and reproduce the art in varying sizes and shapes to fit the products. These classic and eclectic pieces of artwork make each shoe or handbag a special treat to wear. Icon recommends that you protect your products by adding a clear Meltonian or other protective clear coating, and store them in their dust bags that are provided with all products.
