  Unlike most conventional training shoes that support and cushion your feet, the unique construction of mBT© challenges the sole, and the muscles used to form your posture, to be more active.

  The function of mBT© is similar to that of balancing a ball under the foot.
  
  Increased input-response makes it easier for the musculature to react adequately. After ground contact there is a rolling movement, starting from a negative heel position (1). This creates a pre-stretch of the calf muscles. The straightening of the body, the balancing on the mid-foot (2) and the pull-through of the step to the back (3) initiates a rotation, which follows through the whole body.
